Cell phone prices may be low but if shopping for teens, your alert should be on high

Cell phone prices are dropping fast, by almost 4 percent a year, according to the Labor Department. So really, it's at least a cheap time to buy your teen a phone. But when it comes to their texting, well, their conversations are also getting cheaper. So they cleverly cerated the kind of acronyms to let each other know you're listening. If you're going to take the plunge and buy your child a phone, learn the lingo that will keep you up on things when they're trying to hide something.
