Brett Graff talks about tips for saving money and reinventing your resume.

Brett Graff, The Home Economist, is appearing on Comcast Newsmakers daily in June. The show interviewed Brett in two, separate segments for her recent articles: "Money Saving Strategies," which ran in The Miami Herald, and also "Reinventing Your Resume," a TheHomeEconomist.com exclusive.

"Saving money gets a bad rap," says Brett. "Because you tend to believe that by spending less, you're getting less. But in a few special cases, you can get way more than you pay for."

And job hunters, it may be time to travel to a new industry. Brett will talk about taking the skills you already have and packaging them on paper so they stand out to prospective employers.

"Now is a great time to go after the job you've always wanted," she says.

Newsmakers are broadcast on HEADLINE NEWS at 25 past the hour, and The Home Economist is in the June rotation twice.
